SHIPPING POLICY

If you complete your order after 10AM, your parcel will be shipped on the next postage day. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact info@ariha.com.my

Packages will be sent via Poslaju/ Skynet/ Pgeon courier services. Orders are processed on the next working day. Please be advised that orders placed during peak season may take longer processing time. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.

Days for parcels to arrive also vary on your delivery location. Deliveries to Klang Valley normally take 2-3 business days; Peninsular Malaysia within 4-5 days; while East Malaysia may take 1-2 weeks.
This depends 100% on the courier service used.
Shipping fee is weight based.

Fees for domestic delivery are as follows:

West Malaysia
RM9 for items up to 1.5kg
RM1 for each additional 500g

Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan
RM15 for items up to 1kg
RM15 for each additional 1kg


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This return and exchange policy is applicable only for purchases made through our Website. Return and exchange are only applicable for item(s) that are defects or damaged from our side, or item delivery mistake. For items purchased through our agents, please do contact them for returns.

Complaints / Feedbacks:
Complaints must be lodged within 5 working days starting on the day you received the order. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.

Specify your order number and product details, and details of your complaints.
Attach reasonable proof (photo/video).
Complaints lodged without complete information and proof will be considered incomplete and rejected.
Complaints on item(s) purchased from our shop must be lodged and resolved at the shop itself.
For complaints on item(s) purchased through agents:
Customer must liaise with the agent within 5 working days after the receipt of goods. The said agent will then escalate the issue to us.
Complaints will be entertained by the persons-in-charge at our shop.

Returns / Exchanges:
Returns / Exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of product defects, damages, or mistaken delivery.
Exchanges are allowed with the difference in price to be paid by customer.
Sale items and purchases made under promotions or with discount coupons/vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (Customer Service or Website admin) before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 working days after receipt of the order.
Item(s) must be returned in unopened and sealed condition.
Customers must notify the person-in-charge on any postages made.
Kindly update the parcel movements to us (tracking number).
Customers will be responsible to ensure the item(s) are safely delivered.
Postage costs for returns of defected goods will be borne by us. Please send us the receipt for processing.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
