Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, we do. For domestic delivery as follows:

West Malaysia

- RM9 up to 1.5kg

- RM1 for each additional 500g

Sabah, Sarawak & labuan

- RM15 up to 1kg

- RM15 for each additional 1kg

Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
Yes, we do. Please email us at info@ariha.com.my for further detail.
When will my purchase be processed to be shipped?

- Orders placed before 10am will be processed on the same day.

- Orders placed after 10am will be processed on the next day.

How do I change my delivery address or date?

Please email us info@ariha.com.my as soon as possible and we will endeavor to get this changed. Please note that once your delivery is dispatched we will be unable to amend your order.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Usually the delivery company will make the delivery on working days only.

Can items on the same order be delivered to different places?

Unfortunately we can’t do that yet. You’ll have to create different orders for each address you want to send to.

How long do dates last?

Up to 2 years from production date if kept in the freezer (-18 Celsius).

How do I know the expiration date of the product?

How can I pay?

- We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit.

- We cannot accept payment by cheque or cash for orders placed online.
